Event Check Out

In order to streamline our logistics process, we have separated our Summary Letters from the check-out process. CP for events is now handled via the madrigalregistration@accelerantgames.com address.

Players, click here to submit the Event Check Out Email via email form.

You may also email your Event Check Out form directly to madrigalregistration@accelerantgames.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Player Name:
  • Email Address:
  • Character Name:
  • Date of Event:
  • Did you submit a summary letter?
  • Did you help clean up?
  • Did you submit props requested by plot? If so, what?

Summary Letters

One of the tools of communication Madrigal uses is the summary letter. All players, staff or not, are encouraged to submit summary letters after each event they attend. Summary letters also earn you character points if they are submitted within a certain time after the event.

To earn character point awards, a summary letter must be submitted within one week of an adventure night and within two weeks of an adventure weekend.

Please include questions about the following in a separate email:
- Information Skills (send to our Info Skill address)
- Production Requests (send to our Production Skill address)
- Character Update or Skills (send to our Logistics address)
- General Inquiries (send to our General address)

Please contact the the webmaster if you have any issues with the webforms.

Players may submit a summary letter for an event using one of three ways:

1) Click here to use the Player Summary Form webform.

2) If you prefer a pre-populated email, click here to submit the Player Summary Form via email form.

3) You may also email your PEL directly to madrigalpel@accelerantgames.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Player Name:
  • Email Address:
  • Character Name:
  • Team or Cabin:
  • Date of Event:
  • Which plots were you involved with?
  • What goals or unfinished business does your character have?
  • What actions did you take towards those goals?
  • What was the highlight of your weekend?
  • Which NPCs were particularly memorable or enjoyable?
  • Do you expect follow up from plot or an NPC in the coming events?
  • Do you have any other comments about the game?

Staff and NPCs may submit a summary letter for an event using using one of three ways:

2) If you prefer a pre-populated email, click here to submit the Staff Summary Form via email form.

3) You may also email your PEL directly to madrigalpel@accelerantgames.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Real Name:
  • Email Address:
  • Date of Event:
  • Which NPCs did you play and which plots were you involved with?
  • Which roles were your favorite?
  • Did any of your NPCs have unfinished business or goals?
  • Which PCs were particularly memorable or enjoyable?
  • Which roles would you like to play again at a future event?
  • Do you have any other comments about the game?
  • Which game would you like to apply your CPs to?
  • Did you assist with Clean-Up?
  • If yes, please include what you did for clean-up:
